The 21th Research Institute of CETC is a professional Institute, engaged in research and development and production of micro motor components. In 2008, the 21th Research Institute approved to establishment of postdoctoral scientific research workstation.

It mainly engaged in various types of micro motor and components of the research, development, manufacture, production, development of various types of micro motor assembly and accumulated more than 2000 varieties, acquired 340 awards. Currently the products of CETC-21 are divided into 15 categories, more than 980 varieties of different specifications. And passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, CETC-21 has become an important base of China's micro motor and components research, development, manufacture, production, testing, delivery, one-stop service.
