Chen Zhaoxiong, was born in PuTian, FuJian province in September 1961, is a Researcher with PhD in Engineering. He began to work in February 1985, and joined the CPC in June 1994.

　　Since May, 2020, he has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Secretary of CETC Party Leadership Group of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation co., LTD.

　　He is Deputy to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Deputy to the  12^nd National People's Congress.
